The Breakwater
Perched on a ridge with views northeastern of Glacier National Park, western views of the valley and beyond, and the great wall of mountains that make up the Columbia range, the Breakwater is impressive from inside and out. With over 7000 sf under roof, there is much detail and design elements thoughtfully put into the home, every step of the way. With a desire for Montana chalet and traditional design, the home provides warmth with all of the wood and stone facings and casings. Four different fireplace areas, including the four-seasons porch, brings coziness and crackle to the comfortable home. An intelligent design, performed in-house at Finmark, provided little waisted space and the vast glass walls capture the Montana landscape perfectly.
