THE MENOMINEE
With golf course living and views, the Menominee home was designed for the technical site and the desire for simplistic living with a high-end loft mood. Innovation for use of space and utilization of modern materials while still keeping warmth of natural materials was front and foremost in this Finmark-designed home. Low maintenance and easy living were incorporated by limiting square footage, which came in just over 2000 sf, and the use of steel and synthetic siding and roof materials. The lucky homeowners of the Menominee can enjoy all that the Flathead Valley has to offer without the worrisome aspects of home-owning.
